  Ordered a Vege pizza! It was just perfect, the order came hot. And you could see the staff were going out of their way to make sure the customers were happy. Well done

  Exceptional customer service, tasty and hot food, just as I ordered it to be made. Best Dominos branch i've visited in a long time! 10/10!

  Order placed online for 8.15pm delivery. Not arrived by 9.15pm. Phoned them to be told they do not know what has happened and they would call back tomorrow. They would not send anyone out to meet the order, it is not their policy. Paid but no delivery.

  So many bad experiences we’ve now given up. The latest was waiting nearly 2 hours for pizza to be delivered only to be told the driver was already back at the shop and our pizza has already been delivered. Then told the driver must have delivered to the wrong address. No apology just a refund offered. 9pm with nothing now to eat - ordered at 7.15pm going to bed hungry. Last time we ordered it took over 1 hour to be delivered from Heathfield to Mayfield - the pizza was cold and didn’t turn up until 11.30 at night by which time we were ready to go to bed! Unfortunately this is the only pizza place that delivers to us in Mayfield so no doubt they will continue to take orders but we are so fed up with waiting hours for cold pizza that we will have to give up our beloved dominos. An embarrassment to the brand.
